Of all the guys to lose, for me this is the best one.    I like the other two TE's WAY MORE.   Honestly, this one was puzzling anyway.

However, since he actually signed, I don't think we get this one back do we (like Reggie Williams 2 years ago)?

Not sure. Since he never enrolled, i think there is a chance.

If on the other hand he does count against the limit. Ranking wise, if he counts against the scholarships I guess he also counts in the class rankings (stupid as that would be).

Wait so we can’t get anyone else?

Difference is he would be released from his LOI. Williams wasn’t released from his LOI, he just never qualified.

We don’t have much luck with Snow College players. Didn’t we have an offensive lineman from there that was ineligible a few years ago?

We did. Justin Manu. Signed him back in the 2013 class and found out before the season started that his eligibility clock had actually expired.

The old 5-year JUCO plan.

This commit was confusing to me from the beginning, I don't know where people are seeing great blocking skills on his highlight tape and he had like 4 catches, was also injured or just not involved in the game plan leading to stats being recorded for only 4 games.

ULM only other offer.. of all players to lose in this class (not counting Ligon flip to UTSA or the JUCO DT to FAU) this is who I would have picked. Le'ts hope we can use this scholarship this summer.

Good point.  I still think he counts against the 25 limit, but you have me wavering a little.

There was another one before that, an O-Lineman IIRC that was a complete bust.  Just stay away from that campus.

Will his grades at the new school count on our Academic Progress Report?  /rhet
