I'm pulling for the recruit from Kentucky, Dane Jackson, to come in and make an immediate improvement to the center position, hopefully making us forget all those snaps being dug out of the dirt in the last couple of years.

Not sure, but what I do like is that I don’t see a weak link or a reach. I think they all could contribute in a great way and improve our depth and talent level. For instance, I think of a defensive back seven of Johnson, Brown, Kevin Wood, Norris, Gaddis, Nichols, Burke, Upton, Weaver, Gibbs, Morris, etc... I see a front four of McCrae, Novil, Walker, Dotson, Johnson and LeBlanc. I would like to see us add another DE and DT. 
 

Offensively, the obvious hole is finding a QB but I like our options. We do need to find one for this class. Outside of that our skill positions are are talented and deep. RB we have Siggers and Torrey followed by youngsters Adaway and Johnson. WR with Darden, Shorter, Ogunmakin, Hair Griffin, White, etc..., young TE’s in Alberding, Roberts and Lee. Our Oline is a concern but we still have M Mose, Byers, Cassidy, Brunner, Williams if he adds good weight, Anthony, Carroll, etc... that have the size and just need experience and to be coached up. 
 

Could next year be tough early?  Sure, but I think we have the young talent that could really elevate this program considering we could still bring in some JUCO or transfer help on the lines.  This time of year is always like Christmas and tends to bring on excitement regarding our future, but this class and last year’s have us headed in the right direction. Now let’s get our coordinators set. 
 

Back on topic, I may settle on Johnson and McCrae on defense just based on need and Williams on offense.

Johnson is no youngster, he, Nic Smith, and Torrey will all be seniors. Siggers will be a junior.

Really good overall quality to this class.  I had obvious unwarranted concern about holding this class together. Merry Christmas and Fly Like An Eagle.
