Brendon Lewis was in town this weekend. Think we were a very close second. He struggled with decision. Even know a close second doesn't matter to a hill of beans. we were right there. I believe its transfer time. Remember a few years ago we were a close second to Nick Starkel... That scholarship spot turned into Mason FIne.

Brendon Lewis would have been so huge. I’m glad this staff works their asses off to the very end to get the best class possible.

Grades.

Question now is how many spots are left in the class. 7 short of the 25, but not sure how many we technically get for this class with any blue shirts from this past season that need to count towards the 2020 class.

Coach Littrell press conference. Almost feels like he; or at least the reporters, read this forum as they asked and addressed a lot of concerns we bring up here

Do you think any of the freshmen signed today could compete for a starting spot and/or playing time?  I'm assuming the JUCO's will.

Center Dane Jackson I believe will put a fight for the starting center job. His brother started at Kentucky as a freshman. I believe Upton could see some time in the Secondary as well

Yeah, Upton & Burke definitely could since both starting Safeties are gone and Sanders had troubles.
With Woodworth graduating, and the fact that no one could step up during practice and take the job from a STRUGGLING Brammer, Williams may have a crack as well.

McCrae is a foregone conclusion, unless he is just overwhelmed during the Spring & Fall (doubtful).
I think Rausaw also has a chance to get in the mix, depending on the new DC's scheme.

He mostly won recruiting this season. Didn't always win the games this season.

As of now, NT 7th among Group of 5 teams on 247. Together with last years class this has to be the best stretch of NT recruiting on paper since the advent of the rating agencies.

Am I to assume that both JUCO signees will be joining the team in the spring?

On another note. After reviewing the class, I have determined that for the first time in a loooooong time,  I don't think that I will need to be asking the Clara Peller question.

would love to use the transfer portal to close out.

I’m really good friends with his father, he informed me that they were up till 3am going back forth on his decision. We were close and it stings. His dad really likes Littrell a lot.

So who did Lewis sign with?
