Well, with his degree, I hope he eventually gets to OCS so he can lead Soldiers. I think he would make an excellent officer. He is a team first guy and as a retired Senior NCO, I can tell you that what Soldiers value most are leaders who care about the team and will take care of their Soldiers. He strikes me as that type.

I really hope he went the OCS route and didn't just enlist with no guidance.

He remains calm under pressure; that's something I always liked seeing when I was a lowly Army PFC paratrooper.
