Haven’t heard but it was tough watching him crying as he was carted off. I wish him a speedy  recovery because he seems like a great young man.

It looked like he went right down when he made a move. I mean he grabbed his knee is a half second. I hope he recovers quick and get's healthy to play next year.

That’s weird.  They needed the ATV. Hope it was just precautionary. Speedy recovery, Tre!

It's not a big deal that a random paramedic at the stadium wouldn't know exactly what was wrong unless they were working on him, but more likely they aren't going to say anything due to HIPPA laws. 

It's also possible that his family took him to the hospital.

I watched the replay on the broadcast (Chnl 47 on DIRECTV) and he went down after his left foot was pointing inward as he put his weight on it. He started going down immediately....... grasping for his knee. The UAB defender didn't bring him down, and it looked like his hit didn't make the injury any worse.

So kinda like the Bussey injury that was no contact from another player?

Pretty much.  From the TV, it looked like he was hurt when he planted and his leg was twisting (before he was hit).  I wouldn't be surprised if it were an ACL injury, as it didn't look good.  Hoping it's just dislocated/nothing more serious than that.  I thought I saw his leg in an aircast as he was taken off on the cart, but maybe it was just wrapped up.

Also, when I tore my ACL (in college), I was taken to the ER, but it didn't do a thing for me.  They were able to rule out a broken bone, but I knew that going there since I heard something pop.  I went back to my dorm and called our orthopedic surgeon the next morning who got me in that day and could actually do an MRI on me.  You'll get more answers there than you will at an ER - X-Rays won't show soft tissue like ACL's, so it's best to wait and get an MRI done.

This. It was in an air cast as they carted him off. Really tough watching him cry. He seems like such a great young man.  Hopefully it was only a dislocated knee cap with no other damage.

      I'm gonna say yes...but probably not as much as people (including me) will want. unless something has dramatically changed in the last two weeks in practice, I gotta think the rotation is still the rotation and given that we're coming in off 2 straight loses, my bet is that Hodge will want the rotation guys playing as much together as possible heading into conference play. had we beaten High Point and/or if we had a better schedule that didn't have a two week gap in games, maaaaaaaybe RH would've experimented/tried to build more depth a little more...but given circumstance I'm preparing for little more than freshmen cameos.

      We can complain all we want about Aune but he holds the single season record in TD passes. While QB play wasn't perfect after Fine left, it was a heck of a lot better than right before Fine got here. I completely understand that. This is no different than any HS prospect or even an FBS transfer. Not all QBs can replicate their previous success in a new system. I'd still rather have a guy who was accomplished than somebody who never saw the field. Every transfer is a risk no matter what. Your logic is severely flawed though. Cam Ward was once a big time FCS transfer and was just a Heisman finalist with that Miami team you're trashing. Joe Burrow was once a career backup on an Ohio State team that couldn't win the championship and look what he did. If you want to get even crazier with it all, Stetson Bennett was once a walk-on who then transferred to a junior college before transferring back to Georgia to win a couple National Championships. We can go on forever with this. We got a guy with success at the D1 level. More success than Chandler Rogers had. There's no reason to believe he won't work out here.
