Munoz misses the cut, but Ortiz with a respectable tie for 37th.  Both still in top 20 for FedEx cup (very early)..

Took a quick peek at the world golf rankings (which determine eligibility for certain events).  Munoz at 108.  Ortiz at 202.  Both still too far down the list for it to be terribly beneficial, but not bad!

Man, the Houston Open got shafted on their dates this year.  That  tournament, with the move to the Redstone Course, was set up to be a prep for The Masters.  Redstone sold the course and they got a date in the middle of the off season.  Somebody down there pissed someone off at the PGA.

      Depth Chart vs ECU

      I think what Odom was running at USC was a 3-3-5 that had a “RUSH” position serving as a hybrid DE/LB, so really only 2 second level linebackers, making it similar to a 4-2-5 in effect. Different from Caponi’s 3-3-5 stack.       ***OFFICIAL UNT vs. UTSA IN-GAME DISCUSSION***

      Offense lacks a vertical passing game. People have raved about the top 5 offense in passing yards per game but per the NCAA website and ESPN (NCAA is more precise with some of the numbers), CM is 48th in yards per completion at 12.37 YPC, 41st in yards per attempt at 7.85 YPA, 45th in completion percentage at 63.7%, and tied for second in pass attempts at 422. The numbers show we don't push the ball downfield as much as others and that we aren't efficient enough considering how little we do that. Being top 5 in passing yards is simply a volume stat at this point. We just throw a ton. Screens are great but when it's most of what you do, it gets dicey. Those and run plays start off as negative yardage plays dependent on blocking. Can't have those every drive. About teams figuring out EM, our competition has gotten better.

      Doesn’t appear so, but any chance we run the 4-2-5? Craven sounded very confident on the ROF podcast today.
