One MG football season began miserably with a 61-7 loss, but later that Fall after a disastrous start UNT won its greatest national win ever over a 7-4🔶SEC team

Yes I repeat myself with this Ancient vignette about a win in 1975 over the Vols, but these kind of things still happen now even later in a season.

Last year we kicked SMU’s butt causing them to go transfer portal crazy so it wouldn’t happen to them again yet in front of their fans😆 & then later last Fall SMU kicked Houston's.   Go figure.🤔

THIS:  We are all passionate about our school & our MG football team—let’s not give up on them now.

• Ordering my MUTS tickets later this week.

✅ See y’all at Apogee on October 19’th  for a 3:00 pm kick.

Football is an emotional game, and teams do get stronger or weaker as the season progresses.

There are all kinds of examples where a team was destroyed in a game and come back in a championship or bowl game and return the favor.

The season has not even got to the mid-point, NT has a chance to have a very good season.

NT is not likely to play anyone else as good as the teams that have beaten them.

I don't think the NT lines are going to be overmatched in CUSA.

Just cut down on the opponents' long plays and don't get behind by two tds or more in the first quarter.  That should be the key to success in league action.

Win out the regular season games you got a 9-3 season with CUSA Championship game probably played in Apogee......it could.happen!! But it starts Oct 12 with USM and that game will set the tone for the drive to win the west.

Game hasn't even started and I'm 90% positive we are already down 2 TD's in the first quarter.

I am assuming that you are alluding to our loss to Oklahoma State that year.  That score is a bit misleading, since OSU had tapped into our communicatons system and knew our plays.  On a level playing field it might have been a different score.
