DRC: UNT appeared to have a shot to post a monumental win in front of a record crowd only to see the opportunity slip away. That hurts

The opportunity did not slip away. It got stomped into little pieces, set on fire, and buried 10 ft. under.

 You want see this size of crowd again this year. NT continually drops the ball on big games. SL should be dishearten....his "stock" when down along with the enthusiasm of many fans.

My thoughts: 

Amazing crowd

NT usual response to big home attendance games

Is NT ever going to start a game against a good team well

Apparently NT wants to spot every team a couple of TD's or more before NT scores

Best game of year for Fine

Horrible special team play and coaching

UH dominated line play

As usual, NT's traffic control was horrible

One tells you to go this way only too be told by some kind of police that you can't enter

Apparently NT pays no attention to their own printed instructions of how to enter parking lot

Band performances were first rate

Is Seth ever going to win a big game

Fine running for life due to poor blocking and erratic centering of the ball

The Umpire seemed to never be in position to see and call obvious pass interference against UH

It is obvious the AAC is a much better conference than CUSA

Has any team got more dancers and cheerleaders than NT 

I still like NT's chances to win the league

Great time for an off week

Yeah the umpire missed 2 or 3 PI calls, and of course the Backjudge called a PI in the endzone when Khairi barely touched him

Khairi didn’t help himself there by never turning around.

I think a referee is more likely to throw the flag when a player isn’t making any attempt on the ball.

No doubt. But it was an assumption call. The ref assumed there was going to be contact so he tossed the flag. Well, we know what assuming does...

We had a terrible Defense last night and made up for it with no Special Teams and Offense. 

After watching ACU put 32 on us I knew it wasn't going to be a good year.  Even our backups should be better. Oh well...
