Great scouting opportunity for our next home opponent the Cougars from Houston.  This should be a good game.  Tulane is building a good program under Coach Fritz.  That said, I'm pulling for Houston to win.

It's been a world of dangerous weather related voodoo for the Houston fans trying to drive through the tropical depression for tonight's game in New Orleans. Please keep them in your thoughts.

Winnie outside Beaumont has received over 41 inches of rain in the last 72 hours. I-10 is the highest elevated route and it if closed due to flooding and may motorists are stranded in floodwaters.

We better win this weekend, that’s all I can say. We don’t play teams full of grown men well.  Beat roadkill.

Bad stuff down there in the Golden Triangle.  That’s where I’m from, and that’s why I moved out to the Hill Country.  Been through too many hurricanes and more rain that I care to remember in my lifetime down there.  Hope my relatives come out OK.

I’m confused. How many Golden Triangles are in Texas?

Houston up 14-7 end of 1st quarter.  Houston going to be tough... lots of talent offensively.

And they'll get 2 extra days prep/rest for us.

Not only do we need a win this week, but it needs to be taken care of early and w/o any injuries.

Only one that I know of.  Beaumont-Port Arthur-Orange, Tx.  The originals.  The rest are all fakes.

Coogs and Tulne are tied at 28 early in the fourth quarter.  They just ran an add for NORTH TEXAS football and how to get tickets for the game next week against Houston.  Our athletic department is hustling, folks.i

In case you missed it, there’s a gold triangle further up north and they named a mall after it.
