I've been hearing Shorter had a phenomenal off-season. I'm excited to see what he does in games.

I had a feeling neither of last year's backups at LB would start or even hold on to their back up spots.  The young guys have too much talent and speed.  And yes I see LeMasters at backup Jack, but still...

I thought that, too. It worries me if our d-line is not able to absorb blockers.  We'll see.  It should be a fun season.  GMG!

Didn’t TCU a few years ago have a similar situation bc they couldn’t get a prototypical LB? So they adjusted with speed up front for lack of size...I may be wrong on this.

Side note: Didn’t hear much about Jaxson Gibbs in off-season but he’s listed as a backup.

Something tells me Tre and Shorter are our secret weapons on offense.  Have we seen a 200+ yard day from a WR under SL? Shorter could be that guy.  Or, his presence alone opens up that opportunity for Bussey or Darden.

My adopted player Harvey has locked down a starting CB  spot!

He redshirted last year. Still great news. Kid is a physical specimen.

I predict he says it this season about Shorter.

He was in some early videos that were put on Facebook and Twitter.  I believe he walked on last year and is still a non-scholarship player out of Houston Lamar.
