Does anyone notice a trend here?  Women's soccer is arguably our best sport at UNT, and how is Hedlund building it?  TRANSFERS.  They go to OU for one year, bask in the glory of that invitation and then bail when they realize they are homesick and don't get to do what they want to do most (PLAY SOCCER).  It's a very smart strategy for a program located in DFW where you have so much talent leaving the area.

We see this trend in football with both Houston and SMU happening right now.    Half of their recruiting classes are comprised of high level transfers looking to get back closer to home.

True, but it won't work at smuT.  These kids were also used to playing in front of large home crowds, something smuT will never provide.
