Abilene Christian football coach Dorrel agrees to contract extension through 2023

The Wildcats are coming off their best season since making the jump from Division II to the Division I-FCS Southland Conference in 2013. ACU, which didn’t play a Southland Conference schedule until 2014, tied for fourth in conference play with Central Arkansas last season at 5-4. The Wildcats, 6-5 overall, were a game back of Lamar and two games back of Nicholls and Lamar in the loss column. The three teams that finished ahead of ACU all made the playoffs.

I hope so as well.  So far, we haven't sold a lot of our allottment tickets, but our fans are neotriously late.
