UTEP just signed QB Malachi Nelson, former USC/Boise St QB. A 5-star out of HS, this is the highest rated recruit in the history of the Miner program, at the most magnetic position in the sport. It might have swayed Porter to go to El Paso. -

Seth Littrell
The worst thing they did was end the Mean Green Club. Now it's little to no communication or insight on what's happening and pass the collection plate to buy a player for 10 months that will just leave before the Bowl game. -

Attendance question
We were fortunate to have good weather = a good crowd and favorable playing conditions. Had the artic front arrived a couple days earlier it would have impacted the game play and attendance with that strong, cold north wind and freezing temps.
