NutsaCK has had plans for on campus facilities for a couple of years, or there have been discussions regarding projects and I have yet to see them break ground.  I will believe it when I see it.

I was speaking with UTSA womens bball coaches yesterday and it sounds like it's about to break ground.

For the record, yes I'm viewing gomeangreen.com while sitting at a bball camp at UTSA.

From what I can understand they’re building an athletics center and the “covered” practice facility will be part of that? 44 million seems awfully steep for just a “covered” facility, I wonder if it will have 4 walls 😂

They talk about breaking ground...all they do is break wind!

Put up or shut up.

Big advantage we have over all these schools and others is LAND & Location! All athletic facilities in one location and exposure to the 35s can’t be beat!

I've been around here long enough to still be shocked that we have facilities to be proud of .

I understand that the same company that made their cannon is building their new stadium.

"So are we going to make it out of steel and glass ?"

"No.  That's been overdone.  We're going to use plywood and hot glue."

NT has theirs pretty much up and running, solidly built. Rice is building an air ballon, while UTSA is planning something, whatever it may be. Meanwhile poor UTEP is disappearing more and more in the background.

Covered? San Antonio? Summer? Still hot!

I would have offered to paint my coach’s house and wash & wax his truck for 6 months if he could have found us some shade to practice in,....especially in the summer of 1980.

Something that is being lost on us with NutsaCK's design is how much revenue do you think they will amass by hosting Farmer's Markets on the last Saturday of each month and the county fair each year under that cover?
