Rice has 7 commitments to our 6 but we have a higher average because two of their commitments are 2*.  Rice does have a new coach and could get better if they'd turn loose of a small part of their billions.

Agreed. We really need Rice and UTEP to up their games to validate whatever we do in conference, which it looks like they slowly but surely are.
