Tindell carries a no hitter in to the 4th. Gave up a single to open the inning. UAB later scored this runner on a groundout. 2-1 Good Gals.

La Tech won both against WKU today so we are clear of Western in the loss column and have the tie break over La Tech. If we can win out (easier said than done with 4 games left) we will be the #1 seed.

Should we win tomorrow and wKY wins we go into next weekend with a 1 game lead plus the tie breaker over La Tech in conference?  Is that right?

That is correct.  Win our 4 remaining games and we should take the #1 seed.

One more at UAB who are 15-29 and three at home where we are 15-1 on the year vs. the MUT women who are 25-23.  I like our chances.

Yes but we would still have to win out or we would lose the tiebreak to WKU ( assuming Western wins out).

Looking good so far. 5-1 Mean Green going to the top of the 6th. North Texas softball is rewriting the record books this season. Amazing what a good coach can do for a program that has been underachieving for too long.
