looking at historical weather data for that date...the coldest it has been lately, is in 2013, where the high was 69....in theory, we should have nice weather

North Texas barely pulled out a win last year and had that dreadful loss against ODU.... so yeah...I take nothing for granted with this team.

I agree about having a team that will bring fans for our homecoming. But have we tried having Alabama for homecoming? I bet they would bring even more fans.

I, for one, hope that UTEP is improved.  They are more fun to host when their team isn't outright terrible.  Most of the fans I've encountered at Apogee have been great and they can bring a lot when they aren't winless on the year.

They are like the anti-nUTSAk.

They are a humble lot with hopeful optimism rather than unfounded pompousness. As I've shown, they are also top 10 in the country in the number of National Championships, but you wouldn't know it without looking it up yourself. While I hope they continue to improve,  I want to destroy them every year because I like having bragging rights over my father, cousins, and friends.
