Anyone else still rooting for Eric Morris?
It all comes down to DC hire. Last time we were considered "good" was 2018 and the defense was ranked 47. Since then it's been 100s+ ranked. Get Carthel, sam Houston st, or la lech dc along with hitting the portal with a purpose to get more D1 talent on defense. We should be good next year. If not, Morris is probably gone. -

Around the League / UNT Opponents
He could be a really good example of the rich getting richer if his draft stock stays low due to his age. Imagine a team like Dallas, Boston, Denver, or OKC getting him late in the first round and bringing his energy off the bench for the next few years. I'd hate for my team to go against him. -

This could be our Deion Sanders hire or our Trent Dilder hire. Definitely could be a huge hit or a massive miss. If UNT wants a circus, I got my popcorn ready. -

Not a good day for the Big East either. These "ranked" teams losing big just show how unreliable early season rankings are. Wonder if UConn will be ranked after 3 straight loses. -

MAC BROWN
He’s the HC. Who’s to stop him from making the final decisions? He does it because he can and he’s got free reign. These are just some of the poor HC tactics he’s made. Regarding missing two FGs the last game, one was on the kicker and the other on EM. The second miss was due to the FH team getting out late. Probably coz he was unsure whether to go for it or not. Then he scoots the unit out late. You hate to rush things like that.- 1
