I wonder why the weather impacts the Mean Green Garage Sale ?  I was looking for something green.

did the weather forecast change all of sudden?   I heard there was a chance of rain but nothing severe.   I rather sit in the rain and watch then in the heat.

Watch it not do anything but maybe a little rain.  Don't they know you can't predict weather here?  Well, except for the dead of summer.

This was going to be a huge Saturday for Mean Green athletics.  Spring football game, Opening day for the new track stadium and a DH softball game vs St. Mary’s.

What?  Am I missing something?  I see thunderstorms predicted but who knows with our unpredictable weather.

Also, if it's just the predicted thunderstorms, another good reason we invested in the IPF.

I was looking forward to blowing a paycheck at the garage sale.  But rain (even the slightest bit) has an effect on attendance.  And attendance has an effect on how much gets purchased.  And it's a lot of work to haul all that stuff out of storage and set it up if people aren't going to show up.  I'm guessing it'll be at the season ticket pickup this summer???  I can't think of another event they host where it would be a decent compliment to have the garage sale set up.
