Holds Lamar, ULM, Ark St., but most impressive recently added university of Virginia and we held them off.

There's only the 247 ranking of 85 for him so far.   There's not a "Composite" ranking yet, so I'm guessing Rivals, ESPN, etc... have not rated him yet.  Once the other contributing rating systems assign him a rating, the composite will populate.

Did I watch someone else's highlight tape because the guy I watched was fast as hell and made plays

Ah, I got ya. I was only able to watch the first couple plays of his 247 video so there might be more than one video but non the less, Kids got skills
