Ya 27 commits and only 18 signed. Not sweating it.

Marshall is ranked number 1 only because of 27 recruits, their average player rating is lower.   Plus as noted it is very doubtful that all these players will ever show up.   These late commits didn't sign earlier for a reason.

Lol haven’t though of them as a brand, but i guess they do if you still think of Randy Moss and that movie

Top ramen isn't a brand. Are they Nissin or Murachan?

A bottle of boones farm, some nissin ramen with spam and a 19 year old lady with daddy issues sounds like 2005. Damn where do I apply to Marshall?

The rankings will settle out wherever they do from here but don't lose sight of the fact that the 2019 class for North Texas is special and will leave a legacy in Denton. 

As long as it doesn't come at NT's expense in terms of head to head recruiting battles, I welcome other CUSA schools to sign talent at or near the level we did this year as it only means our conference will improve its reputation against our G5 peers - which it needs to do.
