Agree. Jared posted we used a search firm for candidates, as probably a lot of schools do? Anyway, I don't know if some candidates are asked to apply, or only apply on their own and that's all you get? This hire seems out of left field just from his location, but he has a lot of qualities we would put on a list...rising HC at a DI winning program, well traveled, can recruit, plays similar style to our current players, etc. -
