In issues like this, I prefer to ask those impacted first hand for perspective/opinions I haven't considered. I am not totally sure where to turn here, though, so I guess I'll go by Dinklage's viewpoint unless anyone else knows an SME or two worth looking into.

In all seriousness though--if that's possible--if a little person wants to make a few bucks, what's wrong with that?  

Now, if some idjit grabs and throws, well then that's assault, and a different story.  Point being--why is a special law required?
