I know the NCAA calculates their own NET system now, but I still like to check the RPI since I know how it works.  I also don't suspect the final numbers will be THAT much different.

RealtimeRPI has us at #47 in the country after  last night.  They project us to lose only four games the rest of the scheduled season, but only two of those are actually penciled in as losses (they sometimes say you're gonna lose a game you're supposed to win when tabulating your final record).  Obviously no one knows who our final opponents will be because of the change in CUSA scheduling.

After yesterday's games our RPI sits at 72.  The Indiana State game counts as a quality win (they're #38 in the RPI).

Again, I know the NCAA supposedly does not use this measurement anymore, but I still like to look at it.  They referenced it for like 30 years, so it's kind of ingrained.

NET currently ranks us at #37. Today, I think NET is a better system.

On the other hand RealTime projects us at #20 by the end of the season.  👍

At that point, I would say RealTime is a better ranking system. 🙂

We remained at 3 votes in the Coaches Poll for the second straight week.  I'm honestly not too worried about the number of votes right now.  Looking at the ranked teams, there are probably only 2 or 3 of them (if that) that we could seriously argue have similar or worse resumes.  I think what's important at this point in the season is to simply show up as a team receiving votes and thus stay on everyone's radar.  Regardless of our schedule strength, if we keep winning, everything will take care of itself in due time.
