Started. If you got ESPN 3 you can stream it there until the BBall idiocy ends.

Both NCAA Football and Bball need to adjust their timeout rules.

In Bball you notteam should be allowed to take more than 2 TOs within a minute game time

In FB it should simply not be allowed for a team to take two TOs in a row. This whole kicker freezing taking forever at the end of halfs/games is useless and just costs everyone time.

No, a top 20 basketball game would always have precedence on TV over any bowl game short of the top handful.
