There is a lot of pressure at the big programs, it is win it all or we will find someone else who can do.   Mid-majors win 7-10 games a year you can pretty much keep your job unless you do something stupid.

and to spend time with his family....yet he took an analyst job with espn, then the year after, he coached at osu....dude isn't retiring...it's time to get out before osu goes downhill, just like he did at florida.  he will be coaching again soon

He's getting out because of the fall out from his assistant coach's domestic violence issues that he chose to ignore.  He's a POS.

Ya the admin could of came to him and said he we would like for you to step down, but go out as retiring.
