Given the way we have played the second half of the season I was expecting it to be a bigger spread.

Utah State is legit and their offense is just as good if not better than ours.

Looks like their offense and their defense is better than ours.  They destroyed inferior opponents, while we struggled the second half of the season to put them away - or just straight up lost to them.

I’m predicting a 2001 GMAC Bowl type game. 65-62 final, double overtime finish. Lots of offense no defense, just an overall entertaining game.

Wyoming and Colorado St kept their offense in check (not 50 pts).  Without knowing their teams at all, I would think our defense is comparable.   Wonder what they did?

Wyoming has a top 20 Total Defense. We’re 41st. But, we are the 14th best run defense.

BTW...guess who has the the 5th best Total Defense in the Land?  Southern Miss.  it’s a shame they got snuffed for a bowl game.

I expected double digits. It’s a little less than my first thoughts of -12 to -13. 

This will be a tough game. It may play out like the FAU game last year.  😞
