To coach in the Big 12 and have an opportunity to beat some the of high paid coaches like Tom Herman, Lincoln Riley ect. can add value to his stock. 

I wish we had a stronger conference but unfortunately we don’t.

Denton, TX -> Muskogee, OK = ~230 miles & 3.5hr drive

Pretty comparable, only adding an hour to his beloved homeland....if that really is what he cares about.  🙂

I think this decision would come down to wife and kids.  Not sure how many or how often you want to up and move your family.  The money choice is between good and great, but constantly leaving and moving your family can be tough on them.
