He's not coming here and starting over for the same pay so how much more would we be willing to pay to bring him over? Then you have to consider he wouldn't be bringing any of his guys with him, or at least not very many since they'd have to get out of their service so it really would be a complete rebuild. I think hiring him would be an expensive failure for those reasons. -
