Guys that fit the steroid profile to me: Mark McGwire (big time), Sammy Sosa, Eric Gagne, Bret Boone.

Barry Bonds' body type seems too proportional, he is huge, but he doesn't seem as bulky as the other guys. Bonds hasn't had the injury issues you would expect in a steroid user either, and he did get bigger, but it was a long transition, I like it when they show video of him when he was 26 and try to say he did this overnight, what is he, 38, 39? If it is proven he TOOK it, then he did, but that hasn't even been formerly accused yet much less proven.

Sammy Sosa's roid rage in the home run derby a few years ago sold me on him, plus he has been getting hurt lately.

Eric Gagne, he was a below average pitcher, then came to camp a couple years ago with newfound strength and ferocity and had the best season ever by a closer last year...hmm...

Bret Boone might be the most obvious example. When the Mariners won all those games a few years ago with the feel good stories of Ichiro and losing A-Rod and all that, SI gushed about how Boone came to camp and nobody recognized him. He had a completely new body from when he was last seen before winter. He then bests all his career highs by the all-star break more or less. I guess that's all just a blessing from God?

Mark McGwire was on a few things I think. He was the most abnormally large person I have seen since Big Poppa Pump used to flex his basketball sized bicep on WCW Monday night.

Jason Giambi also, I forgot him, but have you seen him this year? He lost quite a bit of weight....according to him 3 pounds laugh.gif apparently he takes the public's intelligence as seriously as Justin Timberlake did with his "wardrobe malfunction" line. I still remember a picture of Giambi in either ESPN magazine or SI with his long hair in his face, muscles bulging under tatoos, crazed look in his eyes, and thought, "He must be the hero for roid users everywhere".

A non-baseball potential user: David Boston. His arms are like McGwire's and he is known for his immaturity and temper.....
