Talk about going from the penthouse to the outhouse.  I can’t remember another time in my NT fandom where there was just so much letdown as the season progressed.

I kinda felt that way in 1997.  After we beat Texas Tech and played with A&M for almost three quarters, I was convinced we'd roll through the Big West.  That didn't happen.

We’ll get there. One day we’ll hit the top 25 for a few weeks and feel relevant.
