That just sounds like delusion to me. If the defense breaks into the top 80 next year statically, I will be very surprised. Of available job openings at this level will be low on list. I would much rather join a brand new staff with 2 years of stability guaranteed than come here. -

🤣🤣🤣🤣. Hypocritical yes. Unfair? Because y'all were stupid enough to get caught repeatedly? Give me a break. Without the Penn State scandal this opinion had no basis in the reality of what happened to SMU. I will give y'all credit for trying. But again this thread being posted here is part of the big reason we are a Joke Program and NOT SMU's rival. I have never been more disgusted with our Program and we are waxing poetic about SMU while UTSA laps us. 🙄 -

Odom DC??
Not ready to make some of these leaps, but you do you. Get a good DC, have a sit down with Jarred with an open discussion about previous Denton coaching failures, and I think he'd be good. He'd still have some maddening playcalls, but I can find those in nearly any good coach. HIs leash is very short, though.
