G.A. Moore played for UNT and has the most wins of any high school football coach in Texas history.  This story has some comments from him related to the retiring of Bobcat Field in Celina...enjoy!

As someone who literally grew up on that field and for 7 years shed blood, sweat, and a few tears there, what a sad day for me. Bummed that i won't be able to attend the final game there. With that said, it's been a long time coming. Parking around Bobcat Field is limited at best and the stadium itself is patched together, it's pretty much landlocked and there's no where to expand.  It appears they're sticking with Bobcat Stadium as the name for the new stadium but I wonder if "G.A Moore Field at Bobcat Stadium" is a possibility.
