It is very likely that the Big doesn’t fill this spot and we get another UNLV (or Buffalo), which means the team should try for Shreveport if it is an option or NM to play a top MWC team.

I saw an Indy bowl rep walking around at the FAU game so i know we have at least talked to them/ they have had some interest in us

I mean - there 10-2 and playing in the MAC title game.  Sure we'd like a team from a power league, but that's a quality squad this year.

Beyond crappy. That would really make us want to be bowl eligible next year, now wouldn't it? 😞

G5 is not where I thought North Texas would be after my Junior year in 1975 but for those who've never been anywhere except G5 (or the equivalent) I guess it really doesn't matter to them, now does it?   Sad.

They are probably as good as Troy from last year which could be a disaster if team blows another Bowl game to what fans consider an inferior conference.

I just saw the Hilton close to the stadium is sold out.  I'm going to make a hotel reservation now just in case.  I hope we end up there...
