What's our last meaningful win??

I'm so pissed off right now after this UAB game this maybe unfair, before you say " the fact you're pissed is a big step" I don't want to hear it. When's the last big win for us as a program that people outside our program think is a big win? Before you say Arkansas, I have gloated about that for weeks but I get Arkansas sucks this year. They're right! When is the last big win in the moment and in hindsight!? I think it has to be the Mac Bowl win.

Arkansas.  Yes they are having a rough year, but people know who they are and they casual fan may not know how bad they are, just that we beat a SEC team, with SEC recruits, in their house

It hard to earn opportunities to be I in "big games" when you have losing history with upstart and restart programs like FIU, FAU, UTSA.  And let's not even count programs we have more history in FBS in.  The core of what I hate is it seems almost any school serious about FBS level football can step up to this level or start from scratch and beat some of our best teams in just two years.

UNLV Is a nobody at the FBS level.  Knocking them off means nothing to our programs prestige.  Like going ton play Troy last year.  Nice money grab but beating Troy in a bowl game doesn't impress or put nuts on Apogee next year.  Good luck with an undefeated run next year to get an opportunity for a "big game" opportunity next year.

I’m sorry but I don’t want a beast right now.  I mean we lost to tech and uab.  If we get matched up against Utah state or SDSU in New Mexico we are going to have a war. and I want a win at the end of the season. I witnessed fau and Troy and those spoiled cocktails tasted bad for 8 months.
