I'll say this again. It is ridiculous that MTSU can have two galleries of photos for their home games and we can't get ONE FRIKKIN picture of the current game. We resort to using photos of games from a year ago with another team??? We need to resolve this ASAP. mad.gifmad.gif

Good rivalry between those 2. I found it pretty sad we couldn't even draw a good crowd for the Indiana game... As we keep winning and if we win the Sun Belt Tournament and make it to the NCAA Tournament I think we will have much better attendance.

Near sellouts are not uncommon for WKU in basketball. But, the last time MTSU sold out a bb game was in 1974 against Austin Peay. MTSU has a long time Chemistry Professor who is dying of cancer and one of his last goals was to see a sold out game at MTSU. They suceeded!

Basketball is very popular in this part of the country. There is a high school in Eastern KY (Mason County) that averages around 3,000 per game and their arena seats 6,000. They have many sell-outs too.

Actually. A former MTSU professor of 40 years is dying of cancer. One of his dying requests is to have a sell out in the Murphey Center again. That is what brought out 11,800 fans. The next home game, senior night, they didn't even have 4K. It was a fluke. They did honor the man well though.
