Honestly, that was an insane catch as well. He wasn't going up against someone lacking talent. He is definitely learning and will not let something like that happen again. Like he said, he needs to attack the ball. He did a good job of getting in the way, but those hands needed to swat at the ball.

It wasn't really all that insane.  It was just a posterizing.   
One dude made a lot of effort to catch the ball (kudos to him, that took a lot of concentration too).   One dude made almost no effort, expecting the ball to just drop into his breadbasket.  The result is a crazy looking play.  That's an incompletion at worst, interception at best if Hall was in.
