I wish we had that kind of coverage in DFW as UTEP does in El Paso.

We all do. But, as I’m sure you know, the two sports markets are not even in the same solar system. UTEP benefits from not having to compete locally with NFL, NHL, or NBA games.  Not even a SMU, TCU, or UTA to worry about.

Did anyone else think UTEPs new uniforms look like what ours were from 2011-2014ish. The orange looks off just like our green was off. Their helmets and our former ones look like they are toy helmets you buy your kids to dress up for Halloween.

I honestly thought UTEP had cool unis with the matte blue and chrome outlined miner pick. Wonder if Canales likes these off shades and had input haha.

UTEP is the only game in town. If they did not talk about the miners they wouldn't need a sports segment.

Attendance was not so good for the “only game in town” Miners.

Wonder what att. they put in the box score?

number 11 still getting burned, what happened to number 25 he played better against LATECH.

Cameron Johmson is a redshirt freshman, as is Jordan Roberts.  Those two will be fine with some experience.
