The more I think about his injury....the more upset I get.

I’m not taking anything away from DeAndre Torrey or Nick Smith. I feel good about moving forward with both of them and this offense.

But there was something about Loren Easley. After reading his story.....apparently he ended up at SFA instead of a bigger school out of high school because of his injury history.  But watching him run this year.....he just has elite written all over him

Go back and watch some of his games this year. Especially the last two. He was really starting to pick up momentum. His power, vision and speed is elite. He has that “it” that Jeff Wilson had. Especially the vision. I really think he could’ve more than made up for the absence of Wilson this year.

I don’t know what will happen with his career. I hope he recovers and if he wants to keep playing I hope he does. One of the best Ds in the conference had no answer for him.

Agree 100%.  He was just beginning to scratch the surface of his potential this year.  I wish nothing but the best in hopes of full recovery.  He was on his way to having a monster year!  Get well.

Just remember that, as I recall reading, he had a brace on until the previous game. He really started to shine when the brace came off. I hope it is not that knee, the one that he just spent so many months and so much effort rehabilitating.

He actually was just outside a number of Top 25 categories after this weekend. A damn shame all around.

This particular injury was on the opposite knee, which is the same one her tore in high school. The knee with the brace was the one he tore at SFA, and rehabbed here at UNT while redshirted.
