Worth every penny.   Man, trying to remember what Dodge got paid...Seriously wasnt it like crazy low?  Like 175K?  Maybe I'm remember it wrong....

175K for TD was about 174K too much.  At a minimum, it should have been 87.5K since he only coached one side of the game.

Yep.  There was a reason for that.     He was literally the best we could do with the budget provided.   It was a situation neither party (Dodge, or UNT) should have ever been in.    We've come a long way in 12 years!
