Texas Rangers MLB

i went to the texas rangers game about a week ago with a friend.  Looking at what the rangers have in their lineup I told my friend I dont know how anyone could fire the manager with what he was given to work with.  Well they fired the manager but I feel they fired the wrong guy.  Daniels needs to go now not tomorrow. The Rangers are in terrible situation at the MLB level and the farm system is bare.  Could it get worse?  Yes the Rangers lost the city of Round Rock for its AAA team. Lets face it the Rangers have nothing to trade with and trades Daniels has done have not been good.  The Rangers are going to be down for a long time and Daniels is not the guy to save the Rangers.   WE should have kept Ryan and sent Daniels to the Astros.  Could I do better, I dont know but I couldnt do any worse. Thank goodness we can hide behind Baltimore.

Galloway can hit the long ball but cant hit his weight.  One of the players in the line up was batting .071 (yeah).  Beltre is going to retire and we will not even have a face for the Rangers, i Guess it will be Elvis.  Lets hope Elvis does not leave the building because who will be the face of the Rangers.

 

Daniels must go now!

Agree.  

I didn’t like how Banister managed players like Guzman being set down while on a hitting streak simply because he needed a scheduled day off...or was facing a lefty..etc.  but Daniels has RV’d this thing into the ground with lousy contracts we’re stuck with, lousy farm system...etc.

People need to let their absence speak.

JD is doing exactly what the ownership wants. He's cutting spending where possible so they can sell when the new stadium is built.

Building a new stadium is a freaking waste of money

I am a lifelong Rangers' fan that doesn't care anymore, purely apathetic towards the entire operation.

Trash owners + trash GM = trash organization. 

 

Everyone says JD needs time to build up the farm system. That's the same farm system he traded away to get players like Hamels, who never wanted to be here in the first place. 

 

It's like saying you need to build a house when you had a house that you burned to the ground.
