Good god, man, did somebody from UNT once go to the NCAA headquarters and piss in the cornflakes or something?  Seriously.  Can we ever catch a break?

Every other team -- Say good things, say good things, say good things.

UNT -- "North Texas, which was on the losing end of 41-17 and 69-31 games on the road against FAU, went undefeated at home in 2017."

The NCAA just asks each team's local beat writer for a quote.  That is all.

Couldn’t have been Vito’s quote...or it would have said something to the effect of “UNT has won 8 straight at their home field adjacent to the Darryl Dickey Practice Field (the current AM OC, who lead UNT to 26 straight conference wins).

"How did we ever win 6?"

Three against then transitional FBS Western Kentucky (1-5 vs FBS, 0-10 vs FBS, 0-12), one against ULM (6-6 and perhaps the highest quality win), one against Ball St. (2-10), and one against FAU (4-8)

Combined FBS record of those teams defeated: 13-51(.203 winning pct.)

Funny how they chose to link two of the four teams listed together  by way of head to head, or by way of back to back, but chose to ignore that for the other two.

Toledo hast lost to App State two years in a row, the last of which was a blowout 34-0.

And Army has lost to North Texas two of the last three meetings and is part of our 7 game home winning streak.
