If there was no smoke, I don't think he would have unfollowed so quickly. Not good.

One article I read mentioned a potential team meeting yesterday which would have been the opportunity to do so.  Not sure if that's typical or not.

My "best case scenario" is that he was naively just following folks due to the buzz, and didn't realize it would leak. 

Likely pie in the sky dreaming, but also strange that the backup QB would be consulted/informed so early?

I just told my boss I'm in the process of losing a loved one and they understood.  If we keep Littrell I guess I'll just say the longshot miracle treatment worked.

I think he is staying...one more year at least. He has been out talking with recruits. That, for me is a good sign. Certainly could be wrong, but my reasoning centers around these areas:

1. Mason Fine has one more year;

2. Great recruiting class;

3. He is making good money and may get a raise;

4.  He wants to “win something” here first because UNT gave him his shot as a HC...a conference championship first and foremost;

5. He likes it here...his family is close; and

6. His close connection and ties to our great donor family ... the Loveless family.

Sure, could be wrong. Often am when it comes to this sort of thing, but, in this case, I think he stays.
