Fine picks apart SMU’s defense in front of record-crowd at Apogee Stadium

North Texas junior quarterback Mason Fine picked apart SMU’s defense completing 40-of-50 attempts for 444 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Mean Green past SMU, 46-23, Saturday night in front of a record setting crowd of 29,519 at Apogee Stadium.

40 of 50 is incredible considering Guyton had a drop that hit him in the hands, as did K Smith.

And THIS is why the Ohio States, UT's, OU's etc of the College football world have the pregame grand entrances by their bands.

Scurrying out on the field and finding your spot, and then marching to the middle of the field to the "National Emblem" march just doesn't get it done.
