Setting his unbelievable stats aside for a minute....

How great is it to have our young stable of QBs be able to watch him and learn from him and see how he carries himself as a leader, with the media and off the field. He’s setting one heck of a standard 

This could help so much in the future....

The sky’s the limit on what his legacy will be here when it’s all done.....but wow are we lucky.

He’s the best. Quickly becoming my favorite North Texas player I’ve ever watched, going back to 1997. That’s high praise considering PC, Kennedy, Jamario, JQ, Dunbar are on that list.

On top of the on field greatness, he’s a great ambassador for UNT. Watched him work the room at Rudy’s this past Tuesday for the Coaches Show when he was the guest. Everyone wants to talk to him and take pictures with him, and he’s super affable and gracious with his time. I’ve also seen him playing catch with the little Mean Green fans. The guy just gets it. We’re incredibly lucky to have him.

So, it still makes me mad after 5 years, can you imagine how fun this offense would be on PlayStation? Fine would have to be in the 90s.

Fine also got a helmet sticker from Jesse Palmer. Unfortunately the helmet was the horrendous RV lid. But also a reminder that this is how you get people to know our program. Not by sticking our full name on the helmet.

Has anyone else noticed an apparent improvement in his arm strength and accuracy over last season? He dropped my jaw with two or three lasers he put on the receiver, splitting defenders. He was excellent last season but he seems to me to be more excellent this year. A tribute to his work ethic, no doubt.

I feel like he was slightly sharper in the 2nd half.

starting the last drive of the first half... they showed he was 14 for 20 which means he closed the game going 28 for 30

I just watched the game on my DVR. The announcers at the very end said he should get Heisman consideration.
