Anyone else still rooting for Eric Morris?
We needed to move on from SL at that point. I don’t fault the selection; it offered upside as compared with SL. But of course there was also downside. The lack of preparedness for the first game last season was a major alarm. Fortunately there is some fluff in the conference. Now we somehow appear to be among the fluff. I don’t think we should go down this path any further. -

The Band
I’ve mentioned it before and I’m not dissing anyone’s musical talent, but our band is just kind of boring. At places where the band is more prominent than DATCU, there’s usually a reason. The band adds an element of entertainment. Our band plays a lot of “traditional band music” instead of stuff today’s fan is going to find fun. -

This team has a lot of potential, but it's still too early to say with any confidence what kind of team we're gonna have come February. Still, it's nice to win a second game like that this season against a power league type school.- 3
