I was also a phone idiot.  Still am to some degree, but my tickets arrived via email and were downloaded on to my "wallet" app.  Couldn't be easier.

i bet you they will reprint them and will call them for you if you don’t receive them soon

This and they may give you an option to print at home.

So when you buy online, it says the delivery option is "Mobile" and then proceeds to give no further information. Am I just waiting on another email with the tickets, loading an app, or what?

Edit: nevermind. There was a half hour delay between the receipt and the tickets arriving.
