Not sure how much Jeff has played tonight, but late in the game he is bringing it for the 49ers.  Two nice carries in a row, then caught a nice pass out of the backfield.  He’s really looked good.

Looks like Williams is out for the rest of the preseason and may be in line to be cut anyway.  Jeff should get more touches.  This also probably helps increase his likelihood of making the practice squad.  Reports are also suggesting that Williams isn't living up to expectations.

Not a good sign the Wilson doesn't even get a mention in the article for possible production. 😕

If they are going to cut him, I wish they would do it soon while other teams are still looking.  For example thw Redskins are looking for a running back.

Yeah, this really looks like a worst case scenario could really happen. With the extra injury, he probably makes it to next week and possibly then completely cut just at the last moment.

It is also kind of concerning that none of the outlets I saw pay him any attention whatsoever.
