He didn't make immigrants that bad guys, he made ILLEGAL immigrants the bad guys.  You know, the ones that enter our country illegally.  He can speak for himself, but I don't think he has an issue with legal immigrants.

 I'm not the one defending a murder committed by an illegal immigrant by posting crimes of a complete separate subject matter, nor am I trying to change the subject from illegal immigration to legal immigration.

Back to the point, no one defended the murder. Ever. There was no vigil. There was never anyone fighting for violent criminals to stay in this county. Ever.

1) It is completely legal to show up in the country and declare amnesty within a year. It is your right to get a trial and have your case be heard.

2) I am sure you know this, but there are certain levels of law breaking. We don't go around calling people who are found to be at fault in an auto-collision CRIMINAL. We don't call jaywalkers CRIMINAL. We don't even call those caught smoking week on the football team CRIMINAL .. why? Because they are misdemeanors. 

For example: it is a misdemeanor to overstay your travel or student visa.

First of all, obviously, thoughts and prayers for the Tibbetts family. 

I think what we all need to do right now is take a step back and realize this was an "unavoidable incident" committed by a  "lone wolf" with "a disturbing family history" and "mental health issues" and not be in such a rush to politicize this tragedy as this is neither the time nor the place to try to further our ___(topical political hot-button)___ agenda.

You have a pretty simpleton view of language and communication - I guess. Once a word has some definition, it can't ever be used for more subtle ways of communicating.  

Remember how the swastika was really a Native American symbol? And Buddhist? .. But then it got used for something else.. more nefarious. 

Or how about Nazi using "anti-capitalism" terms to really meaning "any Jews owning private property" ... On its face, sure, the words don't sound like much, but there are deeper meaning to words.
