Okay, after reading through his Twitter, it appears he would be a late addition to the 2018 class.  

Other schools that have offered per Twitter are Baylor, Arkansas State, Ole' Miss, smuT, New Mexico, TSU-SM, Southern Miss, and Houston.

Some schools, he qualifies his offer with "another".  Some, he doesn't.   Doesn't look good here.
